Meet Melanie

The heart behind Reformation

There was a time when my life looked “fine” from the outside and felt anything but on the inside. As a single mom with two young children, we were rebuilding our life and starting a business. A fresh start with endless opportunities and growth. 

 

Pilates became the place where I found my way back to myself.
Breath by breath. Class by class.

 

It was the one space where I felt grounded, connected, and reminded that I still had power left.

What began as my personal lifeline slowly became my calling.


I left my old career behind and poured my whole heart into teaching — not just to help people get stronger, but to help them feel safe in their own bodies again. To help them feel at home.

Reformation Aurora is the studio I wish I had back then:

  • Warm, candle-lit, and deeply welcoming

  • Rooted in real Pilates foundations 

  • A space where you’re coached, seen, and encouraged to go just a little further than you thought you could
     

I’m equal parts breath coach, pilates instructor, and the friend who will absolutely cue you to drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and "stick that booty out like an invitation.”

 

This​ isn’t just about long, lean muscles — it’s about reclaiming your power. Your presence. Your breath. One intentional movement at a time.

Whether you’re here to build strength, support your sport,

or simply feel more at home in your body, there’s a place for you in this room.

Private Reformer 
95+ HST / session

10-class Reformer packages:
• $900 + HST at $90/class (1x/week)
• $850 + HST at $85/class (2x/week)

One-on-one sessions tailored to your body, your injuries, your goals, and your season of life. Perfect if you’re new to Pilates, coming back from injury, or craving focused attention and faster results.

Semi-Private Reformer
85 + HST per person 

Small group classes that still feel personal. You’ll flow through creative, challenging sequences that target your whole body — think strength, length, and deep core activation with lots of variety so it never feels repetitive.

Mat Pilates Classes
35+ HST/class or

4-class PACK $120 + HST 

High-vibe, low-impact sessions using just your mat and small props. Expect a blend of strength, stretch, and mindful burn that leaves you feeling long, supported, and reset.

Please note that these classes are nonrefundable.
No matter which class you choose, every session is
a full-body experience: mind, muscles, and mood.

every class is thoughtfully programmed so you’re not just going through the motions. You’ll know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it.
